The objective was to document and communicate the progress and long-term vision of a new state-of-the-art hospital facility in Duluth, MN.
The film was created to inform and inspire stakeholders, donors, and community investors by showcasing construction milestones, architectural vision, and the future impact of the facility on the Northland region.
Following completion, the facility opened as a modern healthcare institution serving the Duluth community — reinforcing the long-term impact outlined in the original campaign.
This production required balancing active construction-site conditions with polished, institutional storytelling.
